  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery availability may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values.

📩 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.

Returns & Refunds Policy

🔁 Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The product should be in its original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)

💸 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
