• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
• Remote Locations: Up to 8–10 Business Days (if applicable)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Currently, Yova Cosmetics ships across India.

Please note that deliveries to certain remote or non-serviceable locations depend on our courier partners' availability.

💰 Shipping Charges

• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

📩 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

• Tracking Link

These details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we accept returns only under specific circumstances.

✅ Return Eligibility

A return request will be accepted only if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• You received the wrong product.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• All original labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.
• The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless received damaged or incorrect)
• Products returned without prior approval from our support team

Refund Policy

Once the returned product reaches us, our quality team will inspect it.

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued through:

• Bank Transfer, or
• Store Credit (as applicable)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to product availability.
